Metallic behaviour in superlattice of semiconductor colloidal quantum dots. 半導体コロイド量子ドット超格子における金属的挙動 (Nature Comm.)

従来の商用コロイド量子ドット薄膜よりも1,000~100万倍以上も大きな移動度を示した。キャリアドープによって金属的伝導性を示すことも明らかになった。The films showed mobilities more than 10 million ~ 1 million times greater than conventional commercial colloidal quantum dot films. It was also found to exhibit metallic conductivity by carrier doping.
