「Investigation of fs-LIPSS on sapphire suitable for anti-reflectionproperty」高強度のフェムト秒レーザーパルスをサファイア表面に照射すると、200nm以下の微細な周期構造が形成されます。本研究では、無反射特性が大きく現れる表面形状を、数値計算によって示すことに初めて成功しました。
