This study demonstrates a Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor decorated with Polyethyleneimine (PEI), achieving significantly enhanced detection of acetic acid\u2014a key volatile organic compound (VOC) relevant to food inspection and healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u306a\u305c\u91cd\u8981\u306a\u306e\u304b\uff1f \/ Why It Matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9162\u9178\u3084\u30a8\u30bf\u30ce\u30fc\u30eb\u306f\u3001\u767a\u9175\u98df\u54c1\u3084\u547c\u6c17\u8a3a\u65ad\u3067\u91cd\u8981\u306a\u5f79\u5272\u3092\u679c\u305f\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u9ad8\u9078\u629e\u6027\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u306f\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u306e\u54c1\u8cea\u7ba1\u7406\u3084\u75c5\u6c17\u306e\u65e9\u671f\u767a\u898b\u306b\u8ca2\u732e\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Acetic acid and ethanol play key roles in fermented food quality and breath analysis for health diagnostics.
