The seminar will cover three important topics in the field of catalysis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topic 1: Precious Metal-Efficiency in Heterogeneous Catalysts for Thermal and Electro Catalysis<\/strong><br>The design, preparation, and structure-performance studies of precious-metal-efficient catalysts. The use of precious metal elements in heterogeneous catalysts, their stabilization on high-surface area supporting materials, and their applications in energy conversion and environmental protection technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topic 2: Selectivity Control in Acid-Base Catalysis for Valorization of Several Biomass-Derived Oxygenates<\/strong><br>The role of solid acid-base catalysts in the selective valorization of biomass-derived oxygenates.
