Kim (Assoc. Prof.), has been awarded the Contribution Award of the 57th Ichimura Academic Award for Earth Environment. He collaborated with Shigeki Hasegawa and Motohiro Kawase from Kyoto University in the development of the fuel cell system simulator FC-DynaMo. This award recognizes their significant contributions to the advancement of sustainable energy technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FC-DynaMo is a comprehensive simulator that includes fuel cell stacks and hydrogen systems, allowing for the quantitative calculation of system performance. Notably, it can perform durability test simulations at approximately 40 times real-time speed, making it a pioneering tool in fuel cell research and development.
