They were part of a team led by Watanabe Yuya (first-year doctoral student in Mechanical Systems Engineering), which received the Fukushima Recovery Symbol Character &#8220;Kibitan&#8221; Award for their business plan: &#8220;Bento vending machines that address diverse dietary restrictions including religious norms and allergies, serving as a hub for international exchange.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contest attracted over 75 participants, with 10 teams giving pitch presentations and 8 teams presenting posters after passing the preliminary screening. We are proud of our students&#8217; achievements and look forward to their continued success in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
