\u6eb6\u5a92\u30fb\u30dd\u30ea\u30de\u30fc\u9593\u306e\u6c34\u7d20\u7d50\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u3092\u52d8\u6848\u3057\u305f\u81ea\u7531\u4f53\u7a4d\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u306e\u69cb\u7bc9\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u30dd\u30ea\u30a4\u30df\u30c9\u5857\u5e03\u4e7e\u71e5\u30d7\u30ed\u30bb\u30b9\u306e\u5f8b\u901f\u904e\u7a0b\u3068\u306a\u308b\u6eb6\u5a92\u5206\u5b50\u62e1\u6563\u306e\u8a18\u8ff0\u306b\u6210\u529f\u3057\u305f\u3002Solvent molecular diffusion, which is the rate-limiting process of the polyimide coating and drying process, was successfully described by constructing a free-volume model considering hydrogen bond formation between solvent and polymer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
