A study published in <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1021\/acs.iecr.3c03748\">Industrial &amp; Engineering Chemistry Research<\/a> (an ACS journal, 2024) sheds light on the diffusion coefficients of molecules in precursor varnishes and solid polyimides<a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acs.iecr.3c03748\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>.The research team used advanced techniques such as pulsed-field gradient nuclear magnetic resonance and capillary column inverse gas chromatography to measure the diffusion coefficients of dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and poly(amic acid) (PAA) in varnishes and polyimide matrices<a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acs.iecr.3c03748\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key findings include:<\/strong> \u4e3b\u306a\u767a\u898b\u306b\u306f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u304c\u542b\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3059<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DMAc\u306e\u62e1\u6563\u6027\u306fPAA\u3068\u306e\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u306b\u5f37\u304f\u5f71\u97ff\u3055\u308c\u308b DMAc diffusivity is strongly influenced by its interaction with PAA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PAA\u306e\u62e1\u6563\u306f\u6fc3\u5ea6\u306e\u5897\u52a0\u306b\u4f34\u3044\u3001\u30dd\u30ea\u30de\u30fc\u9396\u306e\u7d61\u307f\u5408\u3044\u306b\u3088\u308a\u6e1b\u5c11\u3059\u308b PAA diffusion decreases with increasing concentration due to polymer chain entanglement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u30dd\u30ea\u30a4\u30df\u30c9\u30de\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u4e2d\u306eDMAc\u306e\u62e1\u6563\u306e\u7bc4\u56f2 DMAc diffusion in polyimide matrices ranges from 10<sup>-12<\/sup>\u304b\u308910<sup>-10<\/sup> cm<sup>2<\/sup> s<sup>-1<\/sup> at 180-220\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u306a\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u306f\u30a4\u30df\u30c9\u5316\u30d7\u30ed\u30bb\u30b9\u4e2d\u306e\u5206\u5b50\u62e1\u6563\u3092\u7406\u89e3\u3059\u308b\u4e0a\u3067\u91cd\u8981\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u30dd\u30ea\u30a4\u30df\u30c9\u306e\u5de5\u696d\u751f\u7523\u306e\u6539\u5584\u306b\u3064\u306a\u304c\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059<a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acs.iecr.3c03748\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
