It has been reported that the efficiency can be improved by physically or chemically treating the substrate surface. Although there are several methods for deposition of fine particles, no research has been done on the effect of substrate treatment on the deposition efficiency in the method of deposition by ultrasonic atomizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lenggoro Lab investigated &#8220;how the degree of hydrophilicity\/hydrophobicity of the substrate surface affects the particle deposition efficiency&#8221; and &#8220;the deposition efficiency when the particles are dry or wet&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the results, for \u201cwet\u201d particles, the chemically treated area had a higher concentration of particles deposited than the non-treated area. On the other hand, for \u201cdry\u201d particles, the opposite: the treated area had a lower deposition concentration.
