years, the introduction of renewable energy sources such as solar power and wind power has been promoted. While they do not emit greenhouse gases and there is no concern about depletion of energy sources, the issue is that the amount of power generated fluctuates depending on weather conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, in order to study the necessary measures to stabilize the output of the power system, it is important to quantitatively evaluate the output fluctuations and variations of wind power corresponding to supply and demand balance control such as turbine governor control, load frequency control, and economic load balancing control. The effect of multiple wind turbines cancelling each other out to reduce fluctuations in power output is referred to as the &#8220;geographic smoothing effect.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Ikegami Lab, the &#8220;geographic smoothing effect&#8221; was quantitatively evaluated based on the wind power generation data recorded in the monitoring, control and data acquisition systems of Tohoku and Kyushu Electric Power Co. They proposed study indicated that prediction accuracy was increased greatly than the traditional (neural network) method, and the method is feasible and effective. The complete smoothing effect can be obtained in a shorter time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6587\u8cac.
