continuous crystallization process has been attracting attention. Prof. Takiyama&#8217;s research group designed a novel continuous crystallization process in a cascading manner. The novel continuous crystallizer includes the <strong>Couette-Taylor flow <\/strong>device and MSMRP (<strong>Mixed Suspension Mixed Product Removal<\/strong>) system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research group investigated the method to improve the quality of crystals. They found that the quality of crystals depends on the flow-rate ratio of the feed solution supplied to the Couette-Taylor flow device.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is expected that the continuous crystallization process can obtain crystalline products of various qualities meeting the requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">\u6587\u8cac: \u5316\u5b66\u7269\u7406\u5de5\u5b66\u79d12\u5e74\u751fM.R.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u3010\u7528\u8a9e\u3011<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Couette-Taylor flow \u30af\u30a8\u30c3\u30c8-\u30c6\u30a4\u30e9\u30fc\u6d41:<\/strong>\u30002\u3064\u306e\u540c\u5fc3\u5186\u67f1\u306e\u4e00\u65b9\u307e\u305f\u306f\u4e21\u65b9\u304c\u56de\u8ee2\u3057\u305f\u3068\u304d\u306b\u30012\u3064\u306e\u540c\u5fc3\u5186\u67f1\u306e\u9593\u306e\u74b0\u72b6\u7a7a\u9593\u5185\u306e\u6d41\u4f53\u306e\u6d41\u308c\u3002The flow of a fluid within the annular space between two concentric cylinders when one or both of the cylinders rotate. \u30af\u30a8\u30c3\u30c8-\u30c6\u30a4\u30e9\u30fc\u6d41\u53cd\u5fdc\u88c5\u7f6e\uff08Couette-Taylor-Flow-Reactor\uff09\u3082\u3042\u308b\u3002\u53c2\u8003\u52d5\u753b: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/LYR0aKmksiU\" target=\"_blank\">\u9023\u7d9a\u6676\u6790\u88c5\u7f6e-YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MSMPR\uff1a\u5b8c\u5168\u6df7\u5408\u69fd\u578b\u9023\u7d9a\u6676\u6790 (Mixed Suspension Mixed Product Removal)\u3002<\/strong> \u6676\u6790\u88c5\u7f6e\u304c\u5b9a\u5e38\u72b6\u614b\u306b\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3057\u3066\uff0c\u88fd\u54c1\u7d50\u6676\u7c92\u5b50\u5f84\u3092\u63a8\u7b97\u3059\u308b\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u306e\u3072\u3068\u3064\u3002\u69fd\u5185\u306e\u6db2\u3068\u88fd\u54c1\uff08\u6db2\uff09\u304c\u540c\u3058\u6fc3\u5ea6\u304a\u3088\u3073\u7d50\u6676\u7c92\u5b50\u5f84\u5206\u5e03\u3092\u6301\u3064\u3002One of the models to estimate the product crystal particle size assuming that the crystallizer is in steady state.
